Protecting Your Email Address

If you've got a Website with a "mailto:" link on it or even if you use your email address to sign up for various things on the Internet, inevitably your address is going to be added to a vast number of spammers' databases. Spammers send out robots to scour the Web (source code, etc.) for these links which is one way your email address gets into these spammers' hands.

In an effort to keep those pesky bots from picking up an email address, we came across this handy little script that will (at least as of this writing) not show as an email link in the source code, but will work when a person clicks on it. If you want to give it a try, just enter your email address when prompted and then copy/paste code that will appear below. And don't worry, we're not collecting YOUR email address.
